- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Whilst I’ve never been disappointed with the service I’ve received, I am disgusted by the system of arranging appointments. I tried to call through 93 times this morning for an appointment (and this is not the first time it’s taken so many attempts), only to be told that there are no appointments left and I will have to call back tomorrow. There’s no possibility of arranging one in advance and as I work full time hours, it isn’t fair for me to take 20-30 minutes out of my working day to arrange an appointment I may not even get!by Kerry EagleshamJune 20, 2017
