  Very weird experience today. Waited for over half an hour to be served although many staff around. When i was finally seen to i was subjected to what felt like a grilling about my pervious experience with fish, had i bought from Pets at home before?, why i wanted them? from a very surly young man. I only wanted to buy 2 x gourami fish but was made to feel like i really shouldn't as they would devour my other fish (even thought i already own 2). After getting thorough the interrogation i was asked for a lot of "personal details" that was to be recorded on an iPad. At first i refused explaining i just want to buy 2 fish, but NO..i had to fill in a detailed form. When i asked what the purpose was, the shop assistant could tell me, the only explanation was that "all customers must do it".When i asked again why, he simply didn't know. After a brief stand off, and refusing to sell me fish i said ok fine, i shall go elsewhere. I shan't spend my money there. Newport Isle of Wight.
