  2 stars only because the nurse (older lady with glasses) is nice and really makes an effort to help. As for the rest, my impression is rather negative. The young doctor interrupted me and made me feel like I'm a burden - student problems can't be that serious can they? And the receptionist gave me an incorrect information about my test results; the nurse later cleared things up.

  Utterly horrible service, the receptionist ( old lady, blonde late forties) will cut you short mid sentence and instruct you to sit without even looking at you . The younger doctor is the rudest medical personnel I have had to deal with in a very long time, in this day and age it was shocking to experience this kind of treatment at a health center . The entire time my diagnosis lasted, which was hardly 5 minutes, he interrogated me while typing away on his computer, I had extreme joint pain, I walked in his office visibly limping, but he could not be bothered. Like one of the other reviewers suggested, you get a feeling of being a total burden in this place, one actually wonders how they got in to the business of caring for people in the first place. I am an international student, at the time of the visit I had been in the UK for only a few weeks, and this experience gave a very wrong impression about health services in this country. I immediately requested for a transfer to a different surgery and thankfully they are amazing.
