- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called this practice as I had a bracket fell off and my braces were hurting me . I was visiting Cardiff so obviously couldn't access my own orthodontist . The receptionist bluntly refused to see me , saying no one will see me here as I'm not their own patient . Well I didn't ask for an NHS check up And was happy to pay for my treatment to get rid of the pain of the wire popping in my cheek .. But no way she will listen . Very unhelpful and non empathetic experience .by samina865April 10, 2017
