- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Most of the doctors are absolutely lovely but its virtually impossible to get through on the telephone and i find the reception staff abrupt and rude on the phone and in person. Incredibly miserable in both surgeries. I lose the will to live listening to the never ending answerphone message. And i dont feel particularly comfortable telling a receptionist why i need an appointment. Will probably leave and go back to my old surgery.by Alison WilliamsMay 04, 2017
